Kim Arendshorst is the Deputy Chief Cardiac Physiologist and has been working in Cardiology at The Royal Melbourne Hospital for over 10 years. She completed her Bachelor of Science (Biomedical) and Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and Computer Systems) at Swinburne University of Technology in 2012 during which she undertook a work placement year at RMH Cardiology. In 2014, she became an International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE) Allied Professional Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS).

Growing up in country Victoria, Kim has a special interest in providing services to regional areas and currently co-ordinates Royal Melbourne’s Country Pacing Clinics in Albury and Shepparton.

She is a member of the Professionals in Cardiac Sciences of Australia (PICSA), Heart Rhythm Society (HRS) and Asia Pacific Heart Rhythm Society (APHRS).
